  • Why so many baijiu bottles?
Baijiu has a very long history in China, and now more and more people drink baijiu. Baijiu plays a lot of roles in our life, which is suitable to play a role in many scenes, such as business entertainment, family and friends gathering, gift giving, collection and so on. A lot of people know most white spirit on the market is to use glass bottle to pack, the better white spirit is used glass bottle and ceramic bottle more, why numerous white spirit favors glass bottle? Use plastic bottle rarely, so, with what bottle will pack white wine just be the most scientific? What you are going to talk about today is the packaging of baijiu. Why are there so few baijiu in plastic bottles? When you buy wine in the supermarket, have you noticed that there are always several "big guys" on the bottom shelf. These "big guys" are different from ordinary baijiu, which comes in 5L barrels and plastic bottles. Niu Lanshan and Red Star erguotou as a typical representative, the price is generally cheap. The reason lies in that liquor in addition to alcohol and water, there are many alcohols, esters and acids and other organic compounds. Plastic is also made of organic materials, many of which are very similar to the structure of organic matter in liquor. If baijiu is bottled in plastic bottles, these substances will slowly blend into the drink, and drinking too much will be bad for your health. Of course, not every plastic bottle can not contain liquor, now there are also developed stable plastic products, to carry food, wine, such as PET polyester material, this material is relatively heat resistant, and the molecular structure is very stable, very safe, no harm to people, so it is widely used.

  • Technical points of droplet forming of Glass Container
4 management of droplet forming 4.1 Human factors in droplet forming The five elements of droplet forming determine the ideal material shape. And these five elements depend on the operator to grasp. Therefore, under the guidance of noble professional ethics, operators should treat every small link in the operation seriously with a warm and responsible attitude. 4.2 Develop good habits of observation and judgment 4.2.1 the ideal dripping material is the first key link in the forming process of row and column bottles. Operators must attach great importance to it and take it seriously. After adjusting the relevant process parameters to reach the ideal state, the first requirement is its stability. On the other hand, the influence of the fluctuation of feed temperature on the shape of the material is often fatal. Therefore, operators must form the habit of paying great attention to observing the shape of material droplets. And make an accurate judgment through delicate observation. This kind of homework is easy to say, but it is difficult to really do it and do it in place. The habit of observation is formed by the accumulative process of the operator. What`s more, it is a summary that the operator speculates carefully and even understands it. Careful observation is necessary. 4.2.2 observation and judgment. Observe the intuitive key points of droplet forming: The main results are as follows: 1) the instantaneous shape of the droplet in the flowing bowl is consistent with the surface temperature. Is there a difference between yin and yang in each drop? 2) the instantaneous shape of the droplet when it comes out of the bowl, the consistency between the two droplets. There is often a more obvious dark band between the two. 3) the instantaneous shape of the droplet when it comes out of the bowl is the same length of the two droplets? The length of material shape change will be different. 4) the shape of the droplet at the moment when it flows out of the bowl. Is there any bending in the shape of the droplet? This may be caused by factors such as temperature. 5) is the shape of the material droplet sloshing at the moment after shearing? 4.3 Thinking, analysis and accurate judgment Through the delicate observation of many of the above items, the operators calmly think about the causes of the analysis. Then make an accurate judgment and then adjust it. From the point of view of systematic thinking, for double-drop or three-drop material, the height difference of two drops before leaving the steering groove and falling into the primary mold funnel can be regarded as the most intuitive criterion to judge the state of the flow system. It is also related to the operation related to droplet forming and the action of the shearing system.

  • Halewood opens £5m vodka distillery in Russia
Uk-based Halewood Artisanal Spirits, formerly Halewood Wines & Spirits, has opened a new £5 million ($6.5 million) distillery in Russia to produce JJ Whitley vodka. A new JJ Whitley Russian distillery in St Petersburg has opened to "further enhance the sourcing and quality of JJ Whitley's portfolio". The company, which makes Whitley Neill Gin and Crabbie's Scotch, also changed its name from Halewood Wines & Spirits to Halewood Artisanal Spirits. The move is said to reflect its "continued focus on developing a premium artisanal foreign wine portfolio". New wineries in Russia are also in line with this strategy. The JJ Whitley range will now be produced and bottled at the distillery and sold in key markets around the world, including the UK and Russia. The new liquid will be launched this month. The plant will also produce the company's Red Square vodka brand. The JJ Whitley collection includes JJ Whitley Artisanal Russian Vodka, flavored variations such as vanilla and Blood orange, and a toffee-based Vodka liqueur. Halewood said the new plant will use water from local Wells 160 meters deep, where layers of Cambrian clay have protected the water from impurities for centuries. The water is then filtered through four stages in a distillery. Big step forward Stewart Hainsworth, group chief executive of Halewood Artisanal Spirits, said the new distillery "marks a major step forward in the company's foreign wine offerings". "It allows us to offer real, authentic wines," he says. It allows us to offer a truly authentic vodka distilled from high quality Russian grains and water in one of Russia's most historic cities. JJ Whitley is now well placed to deliver a premium range of vodka to supermarkets, convenience stores and floor traders to meet this demand for quality and value." The facility is the 13th distillery operated by Halewood and claims to be the first British-owned vodka distillery in Russia. Halewood operates a number of wineries around the world, including Ironbark in Sydney, Australia, and a base in South Africa. In the UK, Halewood operates the Aber Falls Distillery in North Wales, the City of London and Marylebone distilleries in London, the Liverpool Gold Distillery, Crabbie Distillery in Edinburgh, Bankhall Distillery in Blackpool and the Bristol and Bath Rum Distilleries. Ahead of the opening of the new Russian distillery, Halewood announced plans to close its headquarters in Huyton, near Liverpool. The company will also make some additional voluntary redundancies due to the coronavirus. In April, the company said it would close its Us subsidiary in Miami after less than a year of operation and would scale back its Australian operations.
